Our vision is for seniors and their caregivers to have opportunities to lead satisfying, productive lives with health, honor and dignity.  

We provide aging information, resources and services to older adults and caregivers in St. Louis, St. Charles, Franklin and Jefferson County.  

With 21 senior centers and 10 Choice locations, we are able to serve around 800,000 people in the community.

We are your one stop resource for aging information. Our Specialists serve as a trusted and valued source helping adults, their families and caregivers by linking them with our programs, services and community resources.

Senior Centers

Our centers serve as a community focal point for older adults. Each mulit-purpose center offers congregate and home delivered meals.  educational and recreational programs, along with Information and Assistance services.

Meals on Wheels

1 in 6 older adults faces the threat of hunger and isolation. We are committed to to ending senior hunger in our community by offering Home Delivered Meals. It is more than a meal, it is also a "well-being" check.

Choice brings a variety of programs and services to community locations where older adults naturally congregate. More adults are accessing information and resources enabling them to remain in their communities.

Community Outreach

Through community outreach, Aging Ahead provides businesses, organizations and the general public with information and resources for aging adults and their caregivers through the journey of life.  Presentations and information tables are used to educate the community about various areas of interest like:

  • Overview and general information about Aging Ahead
  • Senior Resource Centers
  • Family Caregivers Support Program
  • Choice Program
  • Senior Medicare Patrol: Fraud Education
